The Forest Side Hotel

We have undertaken several jobs for the Forest side at Grasmere.

We made 24 dining room tables from their own reclaimed floor boards – restaurant users are eating off the floor!

Repurposed and in the same location, just a change of use and nicely finished off on steel legs.

As another example of re using what was on site we took an old Sycamore tree from behind the hotel that was felled due to ill health and converted it into a reception desk. With steel frame and inset Glass this is a real entrance feature now.

We have also made a kitchen ‘pass’ from reclaimed flooring and a cheese trolley from some beautiful Sycamore.
